Our hot spring water comes from 35,000 feet below Earth's surface. We believe we have the best water of any hot springs in the Sierra Mountains. The following elements (measured in milligrams per liter) are found in our water:
- Sodium (435mg/l): All cells are bathed in sodium-containing fluids.
- Sulfate (145mg/l): Forms molecular bridges to create firm protein in hair, nails and skin. Rids the body of poisons. Helps to create smooth, clear skin. If you find white particles floating in the water, this may be sulfate or sodium. Rub these particles on your skin to keep it young!
- Chloride (145mg/l): Balances body fluid bases and acids. Activates enqymes in saliva.
- Silica (33mg/l): Gives strength to hair, nails, nerves, bones and all mucous membranes.
- Potassium (24mg/l): Helps muscles function. Balances iron and gives cells nutrients. Transports nerve impulses. Releases energy from carbohydrates, proteins, and fats.
- Calcium (15mg/l): Helps bones and teeth to maintain strength. Maintains cell membranes. Clots blood. Absorbes B12. Activates enzymes.
- Flouride (11mg/l): Forms strong decay-resistent teeth. Helps with maintenance of bones.
- Magnesium (3.2mg/l): Helps build bones and nerves. Makes and breaks down proteins. Releases energy from muscle glycogen. Tiny dark particles in the water are magnesium.
- Lithium (1.3mg/l): Makes you feel tranquil.
- Trace elements of iron, manganese, zinc and arsenic.
